Eric G. Parker appointed as new agent of Scott County Farm Bureau

Eric G. Parker has been appointed as a new agent with Kentucky Farm Bureau (KFB) Insurance at Scott County Farm Bureau14000215380_0189c717c5_m. Parker’s appointment was announced in Louisville by Chuck Osborne, Vice President of Agency Support & Marketing for KFB Insurance.

Parker, a graduate of Morehead State University, spent the previous 10 months as a KFB Insurance agent for Jessamine County Farm Bureau. Prior to that he worked at Aerotek and Enterprise Rent-A-Car.

In his new position, Parker will be calling on the residents of Scott County to offer a wide variety of insurance coverage through KFB Insurance. He will work with Agency Manager, Stephen Schureman, and the staff at Scott County Farm Bureau located at 143 W. Main Street, Georgetown, KY, 40324, and can be reached by phone at 863-2454.

Parker joins a well-established network of approximately 400 Kentucky Farm Bureau agents statewide. The company, founded in 1944, has offices in all of the commonwealth’s 120 counties. Farm Bureau markets a wide variety of insurance lines, from homeowner’s and automobile coverage to life and health insurance and retirement planning.

The insurance services are affiliated with Scott County Farm Bureau, one of the largest membership organizations in the county. Farm Bureau members have access to a variety of membership services, including discount buying programs, college scholarships, farm marketing, and leadership development activities.
