Look Who’s New: John VanHook

16255549538_afb5e2dd77_mLouisville, KY (February 4, 2015) – John VanHook has been appointed as the new agency manager with Kentucky Farm Bureau (KFB) Insurance at the Pulaski County Farm Bureau–Farm Bureau Drive Agency. VanHook’s appointment was announced in Louisville by Chuck Osborne, Vice President of Agency Support & Marketing for KFB Insurance.

VanHook, a Pulaski County native, earned his agriculture economics degree from the University of Kentucky. He has been an agent with Farm Bureau in Pulaski County since 2002. VanHook is also a member of NAIFA, and a board member of the Somerset/Pulaski County Chamber of Commerce and Habitat for Humanity.

In his new position, VanHook will be calling on the residents of Pulaski County to offer a wide variety of insurance coverage through KFB Insurance. He will also manage the daily operations of the agents and staff at Pulaski County Farm Bureau located at 95 Farm Bureau Drive, Somerset, KY, 42501, and can be reached by phone at 679-5900.

VanHook joins a well-established network of approximately 400 Kentucky Farm Bureau agents statewide. The company, founded in 1944, has offices in all of the commonwealth’s 120 counties. Farm Bureau markets a wide variety of insurance lines, from homeowner’s and automobile coverage to life and health insurance and retirement planning.

The insurance services are affiliated with Pulaski County Farm Bureau, one of the largest membership organizations in the county.
