Louisville, KY (February 4, 2015) – The Christian County Farm Bureau board of directors recently approved a measure allowing the Christian County Farm Bureau Insurance Agency to split its office into two separate locations. With this expansion, Chuck Osborne, Vice President of Agency Support & Marketing for Kentucky Farm Bureau (KFB) Insurance in Louisville, also announced that two new agency managers have been appointed to lead those offices.

The county’s previous office location will now be identified as the Christian County Farm Bureau–Central Agency and led by new agency manager Gary Keeton, LUTCF. Keeton attended Austin Peay University and has spent the past 26 years working for KFB Insurance. He is a member of the Chamber of Commerce and Business After Hours. The Christian County–Central Agencyis located at 215 East 21st Street, Hopkinsville, KY, 42241, and can be reached by phone at 886-5434.

Additionally, the Christian County Farm Bureau–South Agency is now open and under the guidance of new agency manager Ashtyn Hudson. He is a Christian County native who graduated from Hopkinsville High School. Hudson has been an agent with KFB Insurance for the past eight years, is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, Rotary Club and Business After Hours. Brian Harton, who has been a KFB Insurance agent in Christian County since 1995, is also moving to this new location with Hudson. In their new positions, Keeton and Hudson will be calling on the residents of Christian County to offer a wide variety of insurance coverage through KFB Insurance. They join a well-established network of approximately 400 Kentucky Farm Bureau agents statewide. The company, founded in 1944, has offices in all of the commonwealth’s 120 counties. Farm Bureau markets a wide variety of insurance lines, from homeowner’s and automobile coverage to life and health insurance and retirement planning.

The insurance services are affiliated with Christian County Farm Bureau, one of the largest membership organizations in the county. Farm Bureau members have access to a variety of membership services, including discount buying programs, college scholarships, farm marketing, and leadership development activities.
