KFBIAA members, I need your help. My name is Ricky Greenwell, Agency Manager, McCracken County Farm Bureau Broadway Office, and KFBIAA Vice President. I am currently serving on the Policy Committee in the State Office and our task is to come up with three ideas that can be implemented easily in the next few months with regard to the policy booklet (coverages) and how claims are handled.
Here is a short list of things up for consideration:
A. Hold backs
B. ACV on roofs
C. Coinsurance
D. Increasing small claims authority for agents from $2500-$5000
The committee will also be visiting the claims offices and speaking with the adjusters and claim managers and asking for their input.
